Emily Binns joined O’Connor Redd Orlando as an associate attorney in 2023 and her legal practice revolves around general liability and labor law claims, insurance coverage litigation, and property damage actions. Prior to joining the firm Emily worked in Family Law, Immigration Law, and appeals in the First and Second Departments. During law school, Emily was a founding member of the Brooklyn Law School Family Law and Policy Association and participated in the LGBT Advocacy Clinic.
